Vaskon is specialised in the construction of special machines, according to the customer's specifications, and this in a broad range of applications. Vaskon builds fast machines for manipulating small products as well as slower machines for the heavy work. Our custom-made machines are used for transforming the most divers materials : steel, aluminum, cast iron, plastics, wood, stone, polyurethanes, food, liquids,... The Vaskon-team relies on years of experience using e.g. rotary tables, bowl feeders, ultrasonic welding equipment, soldering and welding equipment, camera-control, laserunits, screwing units, marking and engraving equipment, hot melt,... Vaskon also has experience in integrating and programming industrial robots (4 or 6-axis). Vaskon is your only partner for the entire machine construction : design, manufacturing, assembly and programming are done at our site. Our machines are used all over the world, by small companies as well as large multinationals. We have experience with several brands of PLC's (Siemens, Telemecanique, Omron, Allan Bradley,...), as well as with Siemens Simotion (servo positioning) and Siemens Sinumerik (CNC-control). In 2002 Vaskon has acquired Dymach, a competitor in the field of special
machine construction.
In our manufacturing site, we dispose of machining centers (CNC & conventional, max 4500x1200x1000 mm), lathes (CNC & conventional), grinding machines, plate working machines, welding equipment,...
