| MACHINES | ||
| The machines we build are used in a broad range of applications. Depending on the application, our machines may contain - pneumatic components - electric components - hydraulic components Our machines are an essential part of the production process. Downtime must be restricted to an absolute minimum. For each component, the best possible solution is searched without compromise; we use well known brands, which can easily be found all over the world. |

The following list shows some machines which have been developed by Vaskon : We build custom-made assembling machines, often based on a rotary table or a linear transfer system. We integrate bowl feeders, screwing units, camera systems, gluing & greasing systems, printers, barcode readers, marking lasers, leak testers, robots,….
We build custom-made milling & drilling machines, for virtually any application (except standard applications). Furthermore, we have developed a line of vertical milling machines for sheet material (large X&Y, small Z dimension).
We build special laser machines (laser marking, laser cutting, laser welding, laser ablation, laser cladding,…). We integrate several types of lasers, and are not dependent on a specific brand of laser manufacturer.
Robot cells – robot integration Our engineers have expertise in integrating and programming robots of different brands. Furthermore we have developed some standard cells, e.g. a robot cell (with camera) for picking pieces randomly from a conveyor, and stacking them into a box, typically used by injection moulding companies.
We build all kinds of custom-made manipulators, whether these are pneumatic, electric or hydraulic, light and fast, or slow and heavy,…
