Vaskon has a high level of know how in manipulating a wide variety of materials. We use :

bulletspecific manipulators, designed and built by Vaskon
bulletstandard manipulators (eg robots with 4- or 6-axes, gantry robots)

In most applications, the manipulator is only part of a bigger machine or line (assembling machine, packing line, loader for machine tending,...)

Some examples :

Interpress manipulator (for transfering workpieces between several hydraulic presses)

Installation (3 presses + 3 Interpress manipulateurs) for production of TV-components

Flexible packing line (based on a 6-axis robot)

Multifunctional gripper on robot

Sheet loader for loading (unloading) flat products from a stack on a pallet onto an existing machine (machine tending)

Sheet loader taking exactly one plastic sheet from the stack

Gantry manipulator for bringing over palets from one conveyor to another conveyor

Manipulator for taking finished products out of an assembling machine

Manipulator handing over metallic pieces to the robot of a plastic injection machine
